I bought this directly from the store in San Francisco and have worn it a handful of times. The print is gorgeous. There is no zipper, but the elastic is more than accommodating in terms of slipping the dress on over your head. The fit is extremely comfortable (probably the most comfortable dress I've owned).
No flaws. Straps can adjust for height (as shown in picture)
