Worn a handful of times but in great shape!

If you're looking for a full underskirt to fill out your dresses, this one is perfect! Purchases from Amazon two years ago. I have worn it about six times, but it's been well-cared for and in excellent shape. It has been washed in a delicates bag a few times and shows no wear. The waist is stretchy and it should fit a L-XL. I am a size 12 (34" waist) and it has always been very comfy for me.
