Such a wonderful vintage piece, really sad to part ways with such a unique design!
This MILK skirt is perfect for Christmas/winter times, also great for casual wear.
The ties can be undone so the hem is at equal length, and it has crown buttons!
The little picture frame is adorable and pinned on, with slight damage (please check photo 5).
