Hi! Thia skirt is in excellent preowned condition. Has some lovely aspects, such as the medium length (hits below knee), detachable black trim, and sewn in tulle petticoat (photographed with a second petticoat underneath). Has a sash with belt loops. This is a pull on skirt, no zipper. Waist is fully shirred. No flaws of note, fabric is still crisp. Blue leans a little purple.

Hi, If you maxed out the waist, flat measurement is 17", 34" circumference.
