I didn't find any scuff marks but there is what looks like the shoe bend a bit at one of the heels. Other wise only worn once and is very good condition
The shoe is 25 but I found it was too big and slipped off my feet hence why it never got worn after the first time so I would say these fit more like a 25.5 rather then a 25
