I can mark parcels down and mark them as gifts but if an item gets lost or damaged, I am only able to claim compensation for the marked value. Shipping is untracked airmail unless you really want tracking; the cheapest tracked international option in NZ is EMS; it's expensive because we're in the middle of nowhere and everywhere else isn't. Payment plans can also be arranged with agreement prior to purchase. I expect you to be able to pay 50% of the item cost+shipping or $100 (whichever is the lower of the two) and pay the balance within a month.
