No returns or refunds within reason, and I am not responsible for packages once they have been shipped--a tracking number will be provided. If the buyer prefers insurance, they will have to pay extra. If the buyer does not respond to communications, or if auction is not paid for in full within 48 hours of winning the listing, the sale is void and negative feedback will be given. Please be open if something comes up and you are unable to pay within 48 hours--so long as communication is open, I am willing to work with anybody. Silence is what makes things frustrating. Additionally, please reach out if you receive your item and there is a problem instead of immediately giving negative feedback--I want to ensure we are both happy with the sale, and if there is something I can do to fix or improve your experience, I won't hesitate to do so. I do have a dog, but he is not allowed in the room where I store my lolita wardrobe; regardless, I can't guarantee an errant hair won't be here or there.
