This skirt was only tried on. The waist ties are detachable. On lolibrary, the waist measurement states 60~70cm, but I would say that the maximum is 66cm. My dress form has a 66cm waist and it just barely fit. There is a bit of shirring in the waist band at the back, but it doesn't give a huge range of stretch. The print at the side seam does not match up perfectly (as you can see in the photo with the tag), but I don't think it's too glaring. The small details of the print disguise it well.
