Le Flacon ‘Edwardian Era’ Kaneko Net Lace Apron

Purchased used from wunderwelt (https://www.wunderwelt.jp/en/products/w-80840  ) and it just arrived. It’s gorgeous, but it doesn’t fit me well, proportionally.

Features:

• chiffon mesh netting top layer and ruffles
• gold embossed flower lace, bib and under layer
• torchon lace waist ties
• varied lace trims throughout (pictured)

Being an apron, it’s highly adjustable for waist, but not strap/bodice length.

The wunderwelt listing didn’t have any measurement aside from total length, and I couldn’t find a lolibrary entry of it, nor the listing from the original brand site ( https://leflacon.store ) for sizing. So it was a gamble and I lost, as I am too busty/long in the torso for it to fit nicely on me. I took several measurements myself so that won’t happen to the next buyer.

Bib (Bodice) Length - 22cm no lace, 23cm

Bib Width at Bust - 24cm no trim, ≈34cm w/trim

Bib Width at Waist - 19cm no trim, ≈30cm w/trim

Total Strap Length - 72.5cm, front waist to back waist

Waist Min - 63cm

Waist Ties - 75.5cm each

Top Layer Length -56cm from waist, w/trim

Bottom Layer Length - 64.5cm from waist, w/trim

Overall Length ≈ 107cm w/trim

Sweep ≈ 465cm

Wunderwelt classified it’s condition as-

Rank B: Good condition, no major stains and/or damages (may have minor stains and/or damages)

I see maybe a thread or two straying from gathering stitches inside, but no damages.

There is a faint scent to it, maybe from the plastic packaging supplies and being shipped from overseas.  

I have never worn it, save for a few seconds, so I will not wash it before shipping. I will ship with wunderwelt tag still attached. I will let it air out in the meantime, though.
