Bought new and first owner, however one of the belt loops unraveled and there are 2 very small snags (please see images 3 and 4). If you are able to sew, these should be very easy fixes. However I am unable to sew, so my loss is someone else's gain! Or you can also wear this dress as a sack OP without the belt; if not, sewing a new belt loop is very much possible.
The dress has been extremely reduced in price due to these flaws.
