Bought new, worn twice by me. The layers are different shades of cream, and different lace textures. Works great in cult party, dolly kei, or pirate themed coords. I'm 5"8' and this skirt reaches about mid calf at its longest point on me. The waistband is stretchy and could probably fit from 26in up to a 32in waist.
