A beautifully detailed skirt with many ruffles and a dotted tulle overlay on the detachable bow and waistties. It is in great condition, just the usual few loose threads that I managed to find and snip most of. It is shirred in the back.
Listing includes:
-Main skirt
-Detachable waist ties
-Detachable bow with a pin in the back
The waist measurement unstretched is about 70cm, but it's recommended to be at least a few cm above that to ensure a good fit. I'd say it comfortably stretches to about 80-85 cm, since the elastic is not yet very loose.
