new in box, the seller pissed me off and i want them gone ASAP

they are brand new in box, the box is a little beat up from shipping but the shoes are in perfect shape. seller sent wrong size so i'm selling them. they come with extra bows, and inserts. they are a size 38 European and a 7.5 usa. i wear a size 8 and they are 1/2 a size to small obviously. It also seems to be a flaw as the heart closest to the bow is not fully cut out, please see proof pictures.

I am willing to ship overseas if you are willing to pay the expensive shipping, please message me for a quote.
