The cut of the JSK is very forgiving - a bit of discrete back shirring makes it a very comfortable dress.
The measurements provided are not maxed out. It fit my measurements (B: 40in, W: 33in, H: 46in) just fine! Definitely pus-size friendly.

Blouse Measurements:
Bust: ~105cm max
Waist: ~100cm max

The blouse is also constructed with a good amount of shirring in the back, as well as puffy sleeves and elasticized cuffs.
