I have never worn this- just tried it on once, and it's kind of small on me. I believe the original owner only wore this skirt once or twice. The skirt has no tag, so I don't know who made it.

This is a really cute, high waist skirt in lavender. The waist (measured flat) is 25'' with a small amount of shirring in the back. The skirt is only 20'' long, so I would recommend wearing it over an underskirt unless you're short.

Note: my home is non-smoking but has cats.
