This is a Taobao (Laurel Lolita) cardigan, worn only to try on, with tag still attached. The Taobao page says it goes to 110 but I am 106 and the buttons gap a little, so I recommend this for under 100 cm bust. It is a bolero type cardigan so don't worry about waist measurements.
