New w/o tags! Was a bit too large on me. When I purchased, I didn't account for shirring.
Print is lovely and there is bat lace at the bottom. Also has pockets!

I am a pet owner but my cats don't go near my dresses. Early in the pandemic, I had to move and store some of my things at my parent's home. My mother is a smoker but my dresses were stored in a closet in storage. There still may be some scent on the dresses after hand-washing. I am selecting "odors and smells" just to be safe for the listing.
