I'm the second owner (to my knowledge), worn a few times. Comes with waist tie, not pictured. This was originally released in 2015.
No measurements on Lolibrary but I fit this at Bust:102cm, Waist: 84cm, anything under that should be fine. There is damage/a missing bustle ribbon at the front, however I can repair this prior to sending. This was one of my favourite dresses but the boobies no longer fit :/
