This is a dress I bought second hand already damaged, intending to spruce it up a bit but it never happened. It is made of a soft stretchy material and has shirring in the back. The dress has some notable damage; pilling on the side of the dress by the clock print, stains on the skirt, and a stain on the bodice. The price is heavily discounted because of these issues.
