Never Worn Lady Sloth Skirt - 31

I commissioned this skirt, but in the time between ordering and delivery, I lost nearly 3 inches in my waist, and the skirt has never fit properly. Tried on twice.

Made for someone 5'7" tall, and could accommodate slightly taller so it is suitable for taller lolis.

Yes! It was made for someone with a 31″ waist, but I would safely give it from 29-33″ comfortably. 35″ would be testing it, and 28″ is a little loose (I say from experience) Shipping will be 15.00 for the US. Thanks!
