This is such a gorgeous piece, I'm only selling because I wear the OP more (I'm wild about this print) and I think this needs to go to someone who will give it the love it deserves. The shirring is in perfect condition and it comes with its waist ties and a beautiful detachable front bow that you can pin onto other things. The lace at the bottom is gorgeous and this dress can be easily dressed up or down, perfect for hime gyaru or other quintessential 2010s looks.
The waist is about 63cm - 75cm according to lolibrary.
