My bust is 90cm and my waist is 70cm. When I wore it with a skirt the buttons around the bust would pop constantly. I recommend this blouse for those with a smaller bust size if they want to wear it with a skirt. I think it's wearable under jsks if you're bust is similar to mine. The pervious seller listed this as size M (I guess it's because the tag faintly said M) but I think it might be closer to size S based on my experience. put all 3 size measurements from lolibrary in my description.
