Bought used with collar missing. It seems black but is a deep navy color. Would be cute for a sailor style coord. Please note I live with cats. I live in a small town which may result in slower shipping times. It does have partial shirring and corset lacing on the back, with buttons all the way down. I personally wore it open on the bottom half with a skirt underneath, like a coat, for the winter months. Thank you!
