Lace panel cutsew with elastic sleeves
Black shirt from ISBIT Guardian with a floral lace collar panel and elastic cuffs. It buttons at the back of the neck with three small buttons and is trimmed with a small ruffle at the hem. It is lined with a soft silky lining and is a little heavier than a single-layer chiffon shirt. The torso is very opaque, but the sleeves are not lined and are slightly translucent. I bought this off of rakuten years ago and wore it a few times. There is no damage that I can find.
