Velveteen Royal Ruffle Jabot Blouse by Chinese indie brand Lace Garden. Fully lined in satin, with a side zip to aid in putting it on, and two beautiful buttons to fasten the collar in the back. The velveteen is so soft! Tons of lovely lace at the collar, hem, and sleeves. Comes with a velveteen tie that can either be used at the waist or neck, and a matching lace capelet with velvet ribbon ties. Only worn once and then lovingly hand-washed.
