Lace Frill Petticoat by Baby, the Stars Shine Bright in Pink 

This petticoat was purchased directly from Baby, the Stars Shine Bright in Japan and went directly into my closet. I had big plans for it, but never used it. My loss is your gain. 

The petticoat is super shiny with some cute ruffles and lace on the bottom, but this is more for an A-Line type dress. It will not provide the maximum POOF!(tm) for a heavy skirt, a super sweet fluffy cord, or anyone attempting to smuggle baby ducks (no judgement here). 


Note:
This petticoat has some wrinkles on it as seen in the photos. The stock photos have some wrinkles on it as well, so I don't know what is going on with this. 

ALSO: 
On the back (see circled pictures) there is a fluffy black fluff that got trapped in the stitches. I examined it and it really just seems to be a little stray fluffy that decided to take a ride on this petticoat. 

Please check the pictures before bidding. It's really quite beautiful, even though the whole point is to go under a skirt.
