This dress is SO incredibly cute; I bought it off of LM new with tags a few months ago, but I discovered after trying it on that I couldn't figure out how to style the double-breasted neckline. I wore this dress once around the house, and ironically, on of my cats jumped onto my lap and snagged the sweet little white cat near the bottom front of the skirt. I have not attempted to trim or weave the loose thread back in as I have not worn it since, but because it's damaged, I'm selling it for much less than I bought it for! Also comes with two matching hair clips. Tagged a size 4, flat measurements as follows:
Waist: around 13 inches flat with corseted back pulled tight. For reference, my waist is 27-28 inches and it fit comfortably.

Bust: about 18 inches flat, no shirring. My bust is around 33-34 inches, and this fit with room to spare. It might look best on someone with a bust slightly larger than mine.
Length: shoulder to hem is 40 inches including length. This skirt also accommodates a bell-shaped petti best, as it is extremely full.
