This dress is from Angelic Forest, it's a great quality piece but I'm just not feeling it anymore. I couldn't find the size chart but here's the flat measurements: Bust: 47-60in, Waist: 43-58in. The shirring is super new though so it was kinda tough to fully stretch out, so more of an estimate.
I only put it on once to try it on, so it's never been worn outside. It's basically just lived in my closet the whole time. I don't think Angelic Forest is selling this release anymore either.
