I am the first owner and bought the set at Baby NYC in 2014. It has been worn a few times but has no visible wear or flaws that I could find on the skirt or headbow--excellent condition!
Skirt is half shirred and could easily fit up to a 35" waist
The headbow is a double bow headband with a rosette pin that can be detatched from it.
