Comfortably fits a 100cm bust , but it ended up being very short which is why I am having to sell it right after buying it. Not tall lolita friendly, but semi plus sized friendly. Bought on fril a couple months ago for 260 USD. Cigarette Free House. 

Unfortunately came without the Waist Ties. Otherwise good condition.
