Beautiful lightweight chiffon dress with detachable angel wing sleeves, waist ties, and bow. The Phantom of the Opera themed delicate silver print is metallic and very beautiful.

I love this dress, but I have finally come to terms with the fact that this is too small to fit me comfortably. Very flattering cut, perfect warm weather dress for a petite girl.

I recommend for 32" bust or less.

Hello, I was wondering what the underbust/where the band is measurement was (if I would be able to fit it at 30inches) plus shipping to the zipcode 57105. Really interested so hope to hear back! Thanks!

The underbust waist band is 13 inches flat, so it'd be about 26 inches total. I don't think it would fit 30 inches.
