Krad Lanrete Phantom of the Opera Chiffon Blouse in black. Fully shirred so it fits tons of sizes, bust is listed at ~100cm so if you are under that measurement it should fit well. Great neckline that works wonderful under most JSK types.  lightweight and subtly sheer. Elastic in the arms and underbust is SUPER stretchy so you don't feel like you're in blouse jail. Pintuck detailing on the sleeves.  Looks amazing on the shoulders or worn off the shoulders.
