Like new Krad Lanrete Mozarabic Chant Short JSK Blue Size Small, worn only three times after purchase

I purchased this dress new from the brand and have worn it three times. It is in like new condition with all of the pieces that accompanied the JSK upon purchase. There is no damage I can see. I really like this dress because of the design and fabric (it is basically unwrinkable) but I am leaning towards simpler pieces in my closet and items with lace hems are a bit out of place. The size is Small, accommodating a bust up to 87cm and waist up to 67cm with a length of 92cm according to the brand. I measured the waist myself using my dress form and feel that it can accommodate a waist of 69cm.
