Welcome :) That's probably due to the fact that the op doesn't have an elastic on the back and it's usually attached to the sleeves, which prevents the arm from extending. JSK will avoid this problem;)

Hello! I had a couple of questions about this listing: 1) Does it come with the matching wrist cuffs and headband/KC? 2) If you do not mind sharing, what were your bust and waist measurements, and was it tight/loose when you tried it on?

Hi! for your answer, this dress doesn’t come with any type of accessories. My bust:is 32 inches and waist 25 inches. I feel it just fits me( without stretching the back elastic) and it can definitely stretch larger than 32in :)
