i got it from Tulutulu here on lacemarket and while it’s very cute and *technically* fits, it’s not my style and would be better for someone with a smaller bust than me. The white bow in the middle and the red bow at the neckline are pinned on and removable. The waist ties are not removable.
This dress does not have shirring and has an invisible zipper on the side, so there’s not really any wiggle room on the measurements unfortunately.

Chest: 118 (I would go maybe 105, 110 at the very max. It’s a high waisted cut and the waist line sat right on the middle of my bust at 115) *NO SHIRRING*
