Bought secondhand, worn once by me. Lolibrary measurements are:
Length: 86 cm
Waist: 68-78 cm
But my waist measurement is 75 cm and I've got plenty of room to spare in it, so I'm sure it could fit much larger than 78 tbh. It's shirred all the way around the back, too.

There's a couple small spots that look like coffee stains right underneath the detachable bow. I haven't bothered trying to get them out since the bow kind of covers it, but they are there. Let me know if you have any questions! ♡
