Kitten-Chan Cape! It really is so adorable. No armholes; it is a cape.
Purchased secondhand and it came with a stain (pictured). I did wash the cape on gentle (detached the trim) but I did not try an oxiclean bath.
There is a bit of a feeling of use as well. I do have the detachable bow, it is pictured as well.
