The skirt is still in pretty good condition but the fabric has little fluffying all over it if you look at it very closely. I received it as such. I tried to capture it the best I could in pictures 4-7.

Hello! I would say it is pretty accurate, my waist is about 64 cm and it fits me well. It does have back shirring, however it is a bit tight in my opinion (so I cannot say if it is very comfortable if you're closer to 74 cm). Shipping to the Netherlands is 21,90 eur :)
