Hi! You are viewing a listing for a lovely white A-line petticoat from Taobao label KidsYoYo. It has an elastic waistband and also a drawstring to tighten it further or secure it if you prefer. The top layer of hardened tulle (?) has a cute dotted lace edge to it and the inner layer is a stiff double-layered tulle (? sorry, I can't translate the listing's Chinese) but it definitely holds its shape underneath dresses! Finally the inner layer is a soft lining that isn't itchy to the touch.

It is new with the tag, although it's been placed in storage for a while (still strong - this listing's photos were taken after removing it from storage)
