Bought Used off of the EGL Comm Sales a couple years ago or so. Worn twice by me, washed immediately after each wear! Selling because I don't wear it anymore. The brand is called "Kick Out". It is one-size, but similar to a Med/Large. My amateur measurements has the max bust at 38", and there is no shirring. If you need more specific measurements let me know!
