Super rare piece! Kazuko Ogawa were an indie lolita brand that produced many interesting b&w pieces. They closed by 2006 I believe.

I don't know which year this OP is from, probably 2000-2001?

There is a slight feeling of wear to the fabric. I can't see any other damage, but please bear in mind this is quite an old dress and I might have overlooked something minor.
The dress fits quite large for an oldschool piece, the fabric is stretchy (I believe it's some type of knit, or similar at least).
