oh dang. :( i have a 34inch waist, i am assuming it's not elastic and potentially wouldn't fit?

Sorry about the late response, I wanted to try on the skirt again for you. My current waist size is 32, and there is elastic. My ROUGH guess is that there is another 2-3 inches of stretch past my waist, but I only had a slip on under, not tights or a petticoat.
