With tracking to Portugal it will cost 150SEK (aprox 22,5USD) With tracking to China it will cost 155SEK (aprox 23USD) Which would you prefer?

with tracking it's somehow very expensive 325SEK (53CAD) with just stamps it should be around 90SEK (15 CAD) I checked the website, I can however go down to the actual post office, tho I doubt it will be any cheaper the website is very accurate
