Amazing older OP from Juliette et Justine with beautiful lace and tiered skirt

the dress buttons all the way up the front with mother of Pearl buttons
there is no stretch or shirring and the waist is slightly low
sadly it’s too big for me on the waist otherwise I would keep this dress
please note the sleeves are quite narrow
measurements below

condition: the dress has damage to one of the sleeves, there is a small hole and light stains, I have tried to take a photo but it was difficult to pick up the detail
