Black dot tulle dress by Juliette et Justine. It's not fully a lolita JSK, since the skirt can't encompass very much of a petticoat, but it's cute for casual wear! Satin lining, lace-up back. Good, wearable condition, only thing of mention is that because the edges of the tulle are raw, there are like....linty things on the edges? Please see photo for explanation.
