Modified for larger size

Juliette et Justine 'Belle Pierreries' skirt in the black colour way.

This item has been professionally altered - the original waistband was removed and replaced with a bigger one of a similar fabric (black velvet). Waist measurement is now 14.5 inches flat. I have retained the original waistband as it has the brand tag and will send it with the modified skirt. 

Only worn twice, otherwise it has been in storage for several years.

Cannot see any faults on it.
