Two Pieces: OP and Petticoat
This is one of my favourite dress set!!! I have only wore once and have cleaned it already. So I will include pictures I found online as a demonstration + some pictures I just took at home. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I have carefully store the dress so they are in good condition.

The material for the Petticoat is cotton. Both the dress and the Petticoat can be adjustable.
You can wear them together or separately. The Petticoat can be worn on its own as an SK.
