It's not hot pink like the photos, I just had really wierd lighting that day. New without tags.

The brand is Cream Made, I'm not sure if they exist as a company anymore. It's a very simple blouse, perfect for beginners. The size is a US XS-S, JPN size M. It's a little snug on me and my measurements are waist 28" bust 36". The sleeves and general length of the blouse will accommodate somebody who is small as well.

Is the pink a bright pink like the first picture, or more of a dusty pink like in the second photo?

Hi, it is most definitely the second photos color, it's not close to being a bright neon pink at all ^^ . I had a hard time with the camera settings since the lighting was so weird.
