This dress came to me with some minor staining and the lace was dingy. I believe the dress had been worn and not cleaned - when I checked the pocket I found a receipt for karaoke - from 2012!! I handwashed this dress, gently cleaned the lace by hand, and tried several cleaning products on the stains with a lot of success! Please see the image for an example of the staining, the white line shows where the stain's border is.
I believe I have more before/after pictures, I can provide them on request. The stains are still barely visible if you know where to look. The print, and especially the glitter in the fabric, have not suffered from the cleaning! The fabric is still glittery! I have not worn this dress myself but it has been lovingly cleaned & steamed back to life.
