How many cm from top of the shoulder to the waist / what is the bodice length? Also, what is the fabric type?

Hi, from the top of shoulder to the buttom of corset is approx. 29cm, the bodice itself is approx 23cm (The style depends on whether you wear it off the shoulder or not). The fabric is soft chiffon. The skirt lining feels like a cotton-ish mixed fabric (I'm not very sure about it as the product page was expired)
